Connecting PPR Pipes Fittings 

1.Preparation:
Cut the PPR pipe to the desired length using a pipe cutter.Make sure the cut is clean and free from burrs.

2.Marking:

Use a marker to indicate the depth of insertion on the pipe. This will serveas a guide to ensure that the pipe is fully inserted into the fitting during thewelding process
3.Heating:
Insert the PPR pipe and fitting into a PPR welding machine, which hasheated dies to melt the material.Hold them in place until the material softens (usually a few seconds,depending on the manufacturer's instructions).

4.Fusion:

Quickly remove the pipe and fitting from the welding machine andimmediately insert the pipe into the fitting up to the marked depth.

5.Cooling:

Hold the pipe and fitting together for a few seconds to allow the material tocool and fuse. Do not disturb the joint during this time.

6.Inspection:
Once the joint has cooled, inspect it to ensure a proper seal. A successfuljoint will be smooth and free from gaps.
